Nath Companies acquires the Radisson Hotel in Roseville, Minnesota in 2000 — a property that had been underperforming for years. Dave’s assessment: "We decided the best way for it to compete in the marketplace was as a premiere upscale, full-service hotel rather than a ‘me-too’ brand." The property would eventually become the DoubleTree by Hilton Roseville — the flagship Minnesota hotel of Nath Companies today.
