St. Thomas — Learning to Lead a Family Business

In 1999, the Nath family attended the St. Thomas Family Business Enterprise Forum together — a structured program focused on the unique challenges of running a family-owned company. Asha, Ashok, Dave, and Deepak participated in the University of St. Thomas mini-MBA program as well. The decision to invest in structured learning as a group says everything about Mahendra’s philosophy. Out of those sessions comes a shared conviction: diversification is the path forward.
